Pre-Application Civil Service Readiness Assessment
GovSource is developing a standardized pre-application law enforcement readiness assessment designed to assist agencies in evaluating applicant preparedness prior to formal civil service testing. This assessment is intended to support recruitment efficiency and applicant readiness and does not replace agency-specific hiring or promotional examinations.
The readiness assessment is designed to complement, not supplant, existing agency selection processes.
Engagement Approach
Detailed methodologies, timelines, validation documentation, and pricing are provided within formal proposals in accordance with solicitation requirements. GovSource does not publish standardized pricing or one-size-fits-all testing solutions, ensuring each engagement is appropriately scoped to the agency’s needs.
Testing and assessment services are provided pursuant to agency-specific contracts and applicable civil service requirements.
