Start Your Florida EOT Eligibility Review
Begin the EOT Process
The first step in the Florida Equivalency of Training (EOT) certification process is joining the GovSource Form-76 interest list.
Submit the short form below so the GovSource Selection Center can review your background and provide instructions for opening your CJSTC Form-76 eligibility review file.
Start Here
Step 1 — Join the Interest List
Before opening a Form-76 eligibility review file, applicants must first submit the GovSource Form-76 / Florida EOT Interest List. This allows the GovSource Selection Center to understand your background and provide instructions for initiating the eligibility review process.
This form typically takes less than 60 seconds to complete.
What Happens Next
After submitting the interest form:
- GovSource receives your candidate information
- You will receive instructions for opening your eligibility review file
- Once the eligibility review file is opened, you will receive the secure Form-76 workflow link
- Required documentation will be submitted and verified
Before You Proceed
To prevent delays later in the process, applicants should be prepared to provide accurate background information including:
- Your qualifying law enforcement, federal, military, or corrections agency
- The state where your certification or employment occurred
- The Florida region where you are interested in working
Additional documentation (CJSTC-58, training verification, employment verification, etc.) will be required after your eligibility review file has been opened.

Important Notes
CJSTC Form-76 is issued by an FDLE-approved assessment center following eligibility review.
The CJSTC-58 Background Information Form must be completed and notarized before submission in the documentation workflow. Verification delays are most commonly caused by incorrect or unresponsive agency contacts.
The Florida SOCE must be taken within the State of Florid
