Vendor Package Sales Policy
We value your business and strive to provide a smooth and professional experience for all our agency partners. Please carefully review our policy regarding the purchase, refund, and rescheduling of show vendor packages.
Refund Policy
All sales are final, and refunds are not provided for vendor packages. As we work through third-party providers, we cannot guarantee refunds once a purchase has been made.
Rescheduling Policy
Agencies may request to reschedule shows with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled show time. This flexibility allows agencies to adapt their schedules while maintaining the integrity of the package purchased.
Discount Package Usage
Once the first show within a package has been utilized, the package is considered used, and no further refunds are available. However, agencies may still reschedule remaining shows with the required 48-hour notice as outlined above.
Management Review and Exceptions
While this policy is designed to be clear and fair, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In such cases, management reserves the right to review and override the policy after a thorough evaluation. Requests for exceptions can be submitted to our team for consideration.
